Responsibilities

·         Responsible for projects, contracts and tender costing and budgeting

·         Lead team on planning, maintenance, installation, budgeting, troubleshooting and execution of all M&E works

·         Liaise with M&E sub-con, consultants and architects on new projects

·         Carry out audit on M&E for clients

·         Strong knowledge of M&E systems (Building Automation System and others)

Requirements

·         Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

·         Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction  industry

·         Well versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations

·         Able to lead and manage a team
