- End-to-end recruitment and selection based on client's requirement on various job openings e.g. interview, short listing, profiling and fulfilment.
- Perform cold call and out sell company's services.
- Negotiation between new & existing client for the terms of service.
- Meeting sales target as assigned from the immediate superior.
- Interview candidates to find out details about their background, expertise, financial expectations, career plans and professional aspirations
- Sell suitable roles, companies and career opportunities to your candidates
- Sell suitable candidates to your clients and advise them on the current candidate market
- Manage the recruitment process, interview feedback and salary negotiations for both candidates and clients
- Degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment related experience (in engineering & construction recruitment will be an advantage)
- Candidate who experienced as an indoor or outdoor sales personnel is an added advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and influence
- Street smarts and ability to think on your feet in front of C-level executives
- High level of inquisitiveness with a curious mind and eagerness to always be learning throughout your career
- Must be CEI ready preferred
