Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate and execute electrical testing and commissioning activities (e.g., Transformer, MCC, LCS, UPS etc.) with tight deadlines and in accordance with the commissioning plans, procedures and check sheets
- Coordinate with T&C team to power up/energize equipment according to the commissioning schedule
- Monitor electrical commissioning progress, record all test results, and compile all documentations
- Identify problems and shortcomings with existing systems and provide solutions in conjunction with construction team, sub-con, vendors
- Assist the T&C Manager and Electrical Manager to meet schedule, budget, safety and overall project quality objectives
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the Client, and other disciplines on the project
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the T&C Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Above 5 years’ experience, 2 years’ in water and wastewater industry
- Familiar with Singapore PUB’s project standards and requirements
- Strong time management skills; able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
