Job Description
- Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work.
- Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling and Extract 2D Drawings from BIM Model.
- Coordinate and Liaise with Project and Construction Team on submissions, updates or changes and Perform the Clash Checking before submission.
- Assist in maintaining BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
- To comply with BIM executive plan and BIM Project workflow criteria.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Structural/M&E Engineering/ Construction or equivalent.
- Special Diploma in BIM and BIM Management certificate would be advantage.
- Minimum 5 years or relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry.
- Candidate should have experience with Microstation and Bentley software.
- Candidate with AECOsim experience will be considered for entry level.
- Candidate with Open Plant Modeller, Open Plant Manager Orthogen and Open Plant ISOGEN experience would be an advantage.
- Candidate with extensive years of experience in BIM coordination will be considered for senior role
- Willing to be deploy to Changi East Close.
