Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor and supplier sourcing and Coordinate procurement relating to M&E
- Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Order (V.O.) and final account
- Develop proposal documents in response to Request For Proposal (RFP), Request For Quote (RFQ) and tenders
- Call for quotations, taking off and attending coordination meeting with PID
- Prepare costing and budget for tenders
- Facilitate coordination with PID on drawings related to design for procurement submission
- Source for projects on relevant tender platforms
- Produce quantity measurements within targeted timeline
- Assist in project management, progress claim preparation and payment certifications, project final accounts report preparation.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction
