An experienced HVAC Utilities engineer/Senior HVAC Utilities engineer to be responsible for the HVAC design, operation and implementation and to lead technical project execution activities on all design phases as well as installation, start up, implementation.

· To identify customer needs and make excellent business proposal.

· To lead and execute exciting projects and will provide support and offer guidance for internal activities such as: mock projects, toolbox development and mentoring of less experienced teammates.

· Manage the equipment Vendors and ensure the requirements are delivered and maintained.

· Develop specifications for Utilities equipment and assist in FAT / SAT of related equipment as part of the HVAC Utilities scope boundary.

· To create and Lead P&ID, Air flow diagram and Calculations, selection of equipment and air flow duct sizing.

· Perform, coordinate project execution, test commissioning, validation coordination for medium to large scale projects and handover with minimal guidance

· Responsible for the design of HVAC systems and related utilities, including conceptual, front end and detailed design activities on a variety of pharma, Bio Pharma projects.

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in / Mechanical or industrial Engineering or Master degree in Science with HVAC design installation experiences.

· Minimum  10 to 15 years of industrial installations in the pharma, biotech, hospitals, or medical devices sectors is an asset.

· Familiar with relevant pharma EU, ICH, WHO, PDA, TGA&ISPE design guidelines and

  the orange guide.

· Knowledge of international or local standard/code (e.g. GMP, ISPE baseline Guide, ASME,ASHRAE,CFR 209 210 & 211,BS 5295 BPE, and so forth).

• Knowledge of GMP and EHS requirements. Knowledge in USP, BP, JP, chP, IPC.

· Coordination and execution BIM or 3D.

· Knowledge in design, Clean and Grey utilities, CIP/SIP/UFW technologies, solvent recovery, containment, and regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge in Singapore local statutory regulatory requirements, code of practices related to process industry projects.

  • Good knowledge in project procurement to handle vendor & subcontract management, RFQ, tender review, technical and commercial bid analysis report for the projects proposed.
  
  
  
  

  · Experience with utilities such as compressed air, process gas, clean water systems.

  
  

  · Experience with chillers, chilled water systems, LPHW, glycol systems and plant steam system.

  
  

  · Familiarity with local building codes for HVAC systems.

  
  
  
  
  • To take full technical ownership of complex chilled water and compressed air projects with the assistance of the design team
  
  
  
  Lead external resources when needed (ENGIE network, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers etc…)
