Job Description:

• Perform BIM Coordination and coordinate with Consultant and Contractor on BIM


• Attend BIM Meeting and conduct site verifications


• Familiar with BIM modelling and BIM Documentation best practices and workflow


• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)


• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

Requirements:

• min 2-3 years related experiences


• Experience on producing shop drawing Structure / Architecture/ M&E


• Good IT skills and willingness to learn and use new software/technology


• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.


• Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
