Job Description

1. Preparation of Quantity Take-Off and Bill of Quantity.
2. Undertaking Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying.
3. Liaising and negotiating with supplier’s quotations and then confirming Purchase Orders
4. Preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of Materials.
5. Quantity take-off for components and civil works.
6. Assisting in the preparation of Variation Orders, mark-up drawings & progress reports.

Requirement

1. Software version: AutoCAD 2021(preferrable)
2. 5ys experience & structural background preferrable.
3. Starting date will be ASAP
4. Work Timing : 8am to 6:30pm
5. Work Days : 6days ( Mon to Sat), Rest day: Sunday
6. Location of Project : Jurong Island
