Job Descriptions:
- Responsible in quantity take-off and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off and claims preparation
- Assist in collating subcontractor's quotation and variation order work
- Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant experience in building and construction industries.
