Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to company end users.


• Provide PC support i.e., procurement, installation, deployment, troubleshooting.


• Perform inventory management of hardware and software.


• Provide system administration and support to company applications, system, servers and infrastructure.


• Support project leaders in IT projects tasks such as UAT, testing, documentation, installation, deployment etc.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computing or equivalent.


• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related fields.


• Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, Office365, Apple iOS and computer hardware.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Proficiency in Japanese is not a requirement but will be an advantage
