Job Description :
- Check and report daily bank balances
- Prepare payment such as, cheque, regular monthly payment application, foreign currency remittances and other payment operations.
- Preparation of various bank debit fee slips.
- Documents management
- Sending of documents to banks, etc
- Subsidiary support services; General Payments, document management, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years accounting experiences in building and construction industries.
- Diploma holder / Degree holder in Accountancy or Business with recognized accounting qualification-related disciplines.
- A team player and results-oriented
- Abilities to communicate with all levels of accounting staffs and stakeholders in the regional offices
- Independent and ability to work with minimal supervisor
- Able to commit within short period of time
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Cloudia, Vlookup)
