Responsibilities:

• Assist Planning Manager on delivering coordinated shop drawing for site construction;
• Lead a team of BIM coordinator/modeller;
• Manage the coordination process both internally and externally with consultants & sub-con;
• Review shop drawings, RFI & misc. submittals and obtain the approval from consultants;
• Coordination with peers of other disciplines to resolve design and construction issues;
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned, e.g. attend meeting & follow up with site staff, contract administrator, etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Structural Engineer or similar field;
• Knowledge of construction methods, design codes and authorities requirements;
• Knowledge of construction shop drawing production and have an eye for detail;
• Know basic BIM modelling functions but any certification in BIM training will be ideal;
• Possess positive attitude to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing;
• Min. 5-7 years’ experience working in the construction field (building works) preferred;
• Experience in large scale & fast track project is an added advantage
