- Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
- Provide end-user support for all PC/laptop hardware, applications, and services.
- Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
- Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing.
- Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
- Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
- Management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and end point protection.
- Administer, support , configure and troubleshoot MS Office 365 for end users.
- Troubleshoot Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software.
- Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development changing user requirements
- Analyses corporate database, identifies data integrity issues, proposes and implements solutions.
- Manage vendors to make sure they deliver according to the timeline
- Provides unique data and reports requested by users
- Any other IT related duties that is required from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Helpful personality, positive work attitude and customer oriented
- Possess good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar in managing all MS Office 365 applications and softwares
- Familiar in managing Cloud and Azure Servers
- Windows Server and server virtualisation, or be Microsoft certified
- Less than 5 years of working experience will be consider for Junior IT Executive role.
