Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the site coordination and being the liaison person with LTA, authorities and consultants for submission
• Responsible for the coordination & supervision for installation, testing and commissioning services of projects undertaken by the company e.g. electrical systems, ACMV systems etc.
• Ability to coordinate with interface contractors and consultants for Engineering issues and shop floor drawings
• Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
• Ability to resolve all issues related to M&E installations, quality & defects works, handover rectifications etc.
• To detect and resolve M&E services clashes shown on BIM model

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in LTA MRT Project
• Familiar with BIM / Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD
• Candidates with experiences in LTA projects can have added advantage
• Positive attitude and a team player
