Job Description
Purpose and Scope
This position will be responsible for leading the commercial sales and business development activities for strategic energy-related projects as well as the management of key customer accounts, particularly in the area of renewable energy or low-carbon energy solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Originate business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customer accounts for demand aggregation to underpin potential investments
2. Deal structuring and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
3. Regulatory management reporting and updates
4. Internal and external stakeholder management to support business development activities
5. Develop and implement road map for strategic key account management
Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics
2. At least 8-10 years of corporate sales experience
3. Relevant experience in industries with a focus on energy or sustainability would be preferred
