• Establishing a Field Material Control Procedure.
• Establishing operating and managing the Field Material Control organization.
• Expediting for on-time delivery of equipment and materials.
• Setting up the computerized Field Material Control System (FMCS) at the site.
• Reviewing construction schedule based on material delivery information.
• Coordinating with the Procurement Manager pertaining to OSI&D reports.
• Supervising the activities of material control staff.
