• Manage all quality related documents for the E&I discipline
• Establish the inspection and Test Plan (ITP), and prepare request for inspection based on the approved ITP
• Ensure that the quality and standards of work and materials used all in accordance with the projects and approved standards.
• Monitor and update daily manpower report
• Establish the project methods of statements for various activities required for the projects
• Maintain a site surveillance log and advise to close construction accordingly
• Conduct the various necessary site inspection with the stakeholders to clear work progress
• Manage the sub-contractors to ensure project is aligned to the planned sequence of works and work completed meets the necessary quality standards and requirements
• Manage resources on site – manpower and materials, report and plan for contingency in case of shortages
• Attend meetings to discuss on challenges and resolutions
• Upkeep of the necessary records to QA/QC activity and update the relevant stakeholders
• Participate and support safety controls, safety programs and implementations

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations
• Involving in site electrical and instrument supervision works
• Valid COMPEX/EEHA Certification is required
• Self driven, independent, and resourceful
• Knowledge of  various International/Projects Standards
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
