• Manage a construction project team and oversee the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and different authorities on the project’s activities.
• Review and prepare method statements for submission to the client
• Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Monitor ongoing site activities and ensure work runs smoothly
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Deputy General Manager / General Manager.
