Job Description

• To manage the implementation and organization of the initial infrastructure on-site, resource, and personnel management to accomplish the construction execution together with cost & schedule, analysis/control, and preparation of implementation schedule.
• To manage activities related to Construction.
• Prime/Subcontract management.
• Procurement and tendering management.
• Preparation of changes proposal.
• Contract and claimed management.
• Construction schedule control.
• Construction material management for Civil & Building works.
• Quality management on site.
• Works coordination on-site.
• Technical and as-built documentation review.
• Monthly progress invoice (from subcontractors) review and approval.
• Monthly progress measurement and quantity surveying (for client).

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Supervisor.
• Relevant architectural field construction experience.
• Diploma or equivalent.
