Responsible for the full HR spectrum of strategic HR function in the company which includes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition & development, compensation & benefit, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, staff well-being & others HR related matters.
Plan and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager execute their business plan from HR perspective.
Seek constant improve in the HR Department for better towards the organization goals as determined by the organization
Planning and implementation for effective use of human resources for carrying out construction projects.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Provide HR related reports to the management not but limited to budget forecasting.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Manage acquire and update necessary visa and work pass
Liaise with Government agencies on HR related applications, claims, survey and relevant funding.
Provide business consultative support together with the General Manager and the Deputy General Manager in line with business strategies
Lead a HR team and provide support and liaise with Global HR group
