Job Description:

• Reviews tender documents/requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements;

• Responsible for detailed and accurate measuring quantity and taking off

• Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement

• Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

• Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and to highlight the discrepancies for tender clarifications

• Compiling all documents required for submission

• Perform price comparison and quotation evaluation

• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

• Any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior
