Job Description
- To support the HR department in designing and maintenance of the SuccessFactors (SF) platform.
- Assist to performing security and system analysis, consulting with our AMS partner andother stakeholders to offer solutions
- Assist to managing current and future integration scope, third party relationships, ongoing systems maintenance) for ONE globally (across all regions).
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR information systems - systems implementations and management (including roll out of future modules)
- Understanding of SuccessFactors configurations
- Manage day to day communication with AMS partner for SF
- Prepare and keep up to date SF blueprints documentations across all offices and ensure documentations including audit change, ensure consistent technical architectural standards are met across SF (in production and UAT), including RBP set up.
- Ensure HRIS is set up using HR best practice business process design, run workshops scope out requirements locally when required
- Able to understand business requirements and manage conversion of them into SF HRIS designs and configuration
- Prepare and ensure systems cyber security and data governance meet all legal requirement and data integrity.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Min 1 year work experience in a similar position.
- Experience in HR process
- Have used or implemented SF HR modules in previous jobs
- Project Management Experience is a must
- Open to Collaborative & Team work
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and able to work well in teams.
- Possess initiative, be self-motivated, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders from various levels and backgrounds.
