    ADMINSTRATION

    Job Description

    • Schedule meetings, arrange flights, hotel & dining reservation for Senior Management
    • Prepare for meeting e.g room booking, set up room, seating arrangement & print meeting materials.
    • Coordinate daily logistics, Drivers scheduling & assist application for entertainment with Government bodies.
    • Submit expense report and attend to queries from Finance
    • Ensure room's cleanliness and run errands for Senior Management.
    • Place order bento for lunch meetings & checking the dietary requirement for attendees.
    • Liaise with IT to troubleshoot Senior Management’s computers and other appliances
    • Coordinate with reception to arrange couriers & check mail box and distribute mails.
    • Upkeep document filing and name card database
    • Liaise with vendors e.g Place order for name card etc.
    • Escort guests to the meeting rooms and serve beverage for guests.
    • Preparation for onboarding staff, such as iPhone, PC and name card
    • Assist other administrative tasks when assigned
