Responsibilities:

• Compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentations
• Construction planning and liaising with clients, building and facility contractors
• Submission of tender programs which can meet the client's requirements for a cost effective Baseline Programs
• Involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing & commissioning
• Calculate/Estimate the duration of each major construction activity and the resource requirements
• Review Contractors programs to ensure they are of sufficient standard and meet contractual obligations
• Creation of Earned Value S-Curves and critical path analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
• At least 3 years of experience in construction planning with building related facility
• Proficient in P6 & MS Project
• Previous Pharma experience preferred
