· Handled in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
· Maintain proper documentation of employee records and update personal records in HRIS
· In-charge of monthly worker payroll, claims, IR8A, insurance (security bonds, work injury, medical and etc.) and all issues related to workers
· Responsible in taking charge all type of insurance and renewal
· Follow up and process all types of work passes, including new application, renewal, transfer and cancellation matters and ensure housing meets MOM requirements
· Arrangement of logistics & transportation to ease company’s operation
· Handle submission of IR21 tax clearance and submission for government related survey
· Organise staff welfare program
· Liaise with government agencies on all HR related matters
· Review, propose and implement HR policies and benefits
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
·Min Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
Experience in handling full spectrum of HR & administrative roles, preferably in construction industry
·Good knowledge of Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures
·Ability to work independently and with a team. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
·Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organizational ability
·Resilient and able to work in a fast pace environment
