·       Compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation for both internal purpose and client.

·       Coordinate and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interface that exist on the project.

·       Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.

·       Prepare programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department.

·       Submission of an optimum tender programme which can meet the client’s requirements / provision of a workable and cost effective Baseline / Master Programme.

·       Involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing & commissioning.

·       Creation of WBS, Resource Loading & S Curves

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
