Job Description
· Roles to hire for: Full-time IT roles (e.g. ICT Trainers, Software Developers, eLearning Specialist, Business Analyst), Traineeships and Internships
· End-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, qualifying candidates and conducting of first round of interviews
· Provide feedback and evaluation of first round of interviews to Hiring Manager, Internal and External Stakeholders
· Maintain a talent pipeline to call upon when required
· Strategic planning of deployment / movement / replacement of seconded staff to ensure continual placement client’s site
· Monitor employee’s progress and ensuring the company culture stays positive and productive
· Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required
· Assist with monthly payroll and government programmes claims (e.g. traineeship)
· Work closely with Internal Stakeholder to roll out HR Initiative that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees
· Gather training needs of new hires and work with them on the trainings to be completed
· Engage fellow colleagues on a regular basis to assess and provide any ad-hoc trainings that can be provided
Job requirements
· Possess a degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or equivalent
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with no relevant experience may still apply and will be further vetted on a case-by-case basis
· Need to be comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders
