Job Description
• Lead water digital technology research & development work
• Develop in-house water related application digital technology and conduct performance benchmarking
• Assess market potential and cost benefit analysis of digital technologies
• Study and analyze model-based process control for wastewater process optimisation
• Work with data scientists to develop AI/ML models to improve operation stability and efficiency
• Deploy model to actual water and wastewater plants to determine actual benefits and performance
• Conduct pilot plant testing and report results to the team
• Conduct wastewater treatability study for process design and validation
• Liaise with different stakeholder for project alignment
Requirements
• Degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred, where Master and PhD degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of working experiences with minimum of two years in the water industry
• Strong foundation and background in biological wastewater treatment system
• Research & development, data analysis and process control optimisation skills are required
• Experienced with in AI/ML model development such as adaptive control and model predictive control is an added advantage Desirable Attributes
