Scope of Work

• Reviews all technical documentation as required under the contract.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other associated documentation to the relevant parties.
• Ensure proper coordination with Consultants and Client in resolving all technical issues.
• Provide technical solutions to site encountered problems.
• Ensure all relevant approvals (e.g. samples, drawings) are obtain in advance to site installation dates.
• Attends Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent
• Minimum of 10-15 years of working experience on technical coordination in construction or construction management, or combination of relevant work experience in building projects and/or External works in Singapore
• Overall coordination with Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP trades on Project site.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with client, management and to the team members
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Road/Drain and the associated external works in accordance with LTA Code
• Understanding of Authority application/clearance of the works including BCA ST submission.
