• Work location will be based at the site office in Loyang/ Changi

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for main claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
• Manage subcon/supplier payment and progress claims

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project team members
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
