The job
• Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties
• Capable of managing confidential work
• Manage their calendar and schedule
• Phone call screenings and managing of emails
• Maintain filing of confidential and personal data
• Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements
• Courier and mail deliveries
• Attend to visitors at all level
• Any other ad-hoc duties including personal errands that are being assigned
Requirements
• At least a Professional Certificate in the relevant specialization
• Relevant experience working in similar capacity preferred
• Resourceful with proven ability to multi-task
• Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Meticulous, independent and careful in handling confidential documents
• Possess a positive attitude, pleasant and approachable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Reporting to Chairman and Group Managing Director.
