• Coordinate/ Construct 3D model and prepare architectural, structural or M&E shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software & Telka.
• Conduct 3D modeling, coordination and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation.
• Production of high quality rendered images from 3D models via Revit, Sketchup and Navisworks Manage.
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
• Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
• Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client and stakeholders.
• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs Requirement:
• Degree in Architectural Studies or Engineering, Construction & Technology, Design for Manufacturing or equivalent program
• At least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Lumion, Fuzor, Revizto Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other VDC softwares
• Candidates who are formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training Certification) will have an added advantage
• Good technical knowledge • Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven with the initiative to work independently
• Understanding of typical architectural rendering process
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
