Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to carry out equipment maintenance services and sustain production operation throughout with minimum machine breakdowns and repairing time.
• Responsible for production area repair and maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Responsible for front-end equipment troubleshooting and assisting operator to get back equipment/machine into production mode.
• Responsible for the execution of Emergency & Urgent Corrective Work orders.
• Complete assigned work order timely as per maintenance schedule and specification.
• Report any abnormal observation pick-up during troubleshooting, maintenance, or calibration activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC with 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and/or Food Processing industries.
• Able to communicate effectively with good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in CMMS system.
• Experience working in an EHS environment and permit to work system.
