· Responsible for a full set of accounts and ensuring all records are updated accurately into the accounting system promptly

· Preparation of monthly financial reports and annual financial statements/ management report

· Preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns

· Liaise with internal auditor and external auditor

· Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers

· Review of procedures/ workflow and suggest improvements

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
