• Basic salary of up to $3,600.


• Hybrid work arrangements available.


• 5 day week with working hours as follows (Mon to Thu 8am to 6pm. Fri 8am to 5pm).

• The key objective of the finance executive is to update collections and follow up on overdue invoices on timely basis


• The Finance Executive works in a finance team of six and reports to the Finance Manager who will be providing the necessary training to assimilate the successful applicant into the style of work and expected duties here.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer master file


• Update collections


• Generate ageing report, statement of accounts


• Issue debit notes/credit notes for non stock related transactions


• Close monitoring and followup of outstanding invoices


• Banking in of cheques/cash


• Other adhoc responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in managing full set of accounts


• Diploma in Accounting/Finance


• Those who have experience in working with ecommerce platforms and Sage 300 (Accpac) will have an added advantage
