The main scope of this position is to manage and prepare all the cost estimates for marine/ coastal related tender projects.
Involves in value engineering and determining the price of the service. 
This position will provide support in projects to check and ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximize to the company interest including variation order.
To report any major contractual status, arise after discussion with project sites.
Update any changes in project budget and to ensure accurate and timely payment response are certified to the subcontractor’s monthly claim

Requirements:  Recognised Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or its equivalent 10 years of relevant experiences in marine and/or coastal projects experiences or its related field Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
