- Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute optimization strategies, ensuring effective communication, goal alignment, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities within the department, utilizing technology to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and improve overall effectiveness.
- Support project monitoring, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project alignment.
- Enhance digitization projects through continuous improvement initiatives with the Digitalization Team.
- Work closely with the Digitalization team on various projects, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
- Assist in gathering current processes, collecting ground feedback, creating to-be processes, and providing system specifications for User Requirement Specifications (URS).
- Offer insights during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases for system changes.
- Lead or assist in the migration and transition of systems, coordinating efforts with the Digitalization team.
- Take the lead or assist in providing training to internal stakeholders on system implementation.
