• Developing new business with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

• Managing customer accounts by operating as the key contact for all matters specific to your customers, including contract negotiation.

• Delivering excellent customer support and developing trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Resolving client requests or issues as needed.

Required skills and

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development.

• Demonstrable ability to communicate with, present to, negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.

• Demonstrable ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to details.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to fulfil customer needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

• Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
