Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.

 Ensure timely delivery of orders.

 Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.

 Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.

 Follow up on complaints on product quality.

 Process and generate PO/RO

 All other tasks assigned

Qualifications

 GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.

 At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil
