• Conduct in-house HSSE training for new employees.


• Manage ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 documentation and implementation.


• Collaborate with group companies to organize and meet HSSE goals.


• Network with affliliates to implement HSSE programs for continual improvement.


• Prioritize and organize HSSE tasks to ensure timely and efficient delivery.


• Support local and APAC project teams on HSSE matters.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in public speaking.


• Demonstrates leadership qualities.


• Strong analytical skills to solve HSSE issues swiftly and diplomatically.


• Proficient in training as a core competency in HSSE.


• Familiarity with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 procedures and implementation.

Requirements:

• Holds a WSH Specialist certificate or equivalent.


• Experience in construction HSSE, with additional value in oil & gas industry experience.
