Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) and Project Manager (PM) overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical and ICA works. 
- Review and understand Instrumentation, Controls and Automation (ICA) scope of work, BIM, specifications and drawings for ICA works. 
- Work with BIM model.
- Provide regular updates to Engineering Manager and CRE on technical and engineering issues. 
- Provide technical leadership for ICA discipline. 
- Enforce specifications and codes of practice. 
- Verify that HSE standards are addressed in submittal review. Monitor HSE closely construction, installation, testing and commissioning. 
- Lead Assistant REs and RTOs. 
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports are updated. 
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Electrical or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. 
- Minimum 5 years in design and construction of large infrastructure projects in Singapore. 
- Experience working with BIM and 3D. 
- Understand SCADA, PLC, network architecture desgin and of experience in the design and implementation of ethernet- based networks.
- Strong understanding of control system software engineering issues to be able to appreciate the interface requirements. 
- Familiar with water process intrumentation including advanced analyzers.
