- Lead in marketing and business development activities


- To perform market research and identify prospective local projects leads.


- Conduct the necessary market analysis to identify potential working partners for targeted projects.


- Communicate with the potential clients, consulting firms etc. to collect the information of targeted projects.


- Promote Company’s innovation and technology to potential clients to develop the new business fields and opportunities.


- Develope and implement marketing and growth strategies and plans.


- Manage and build positive relationships with existing clients.


- Increase the clientele base by proactively sourcing, arranging meetings and developing new relationships.


- Create and maintain a database of prospective projects and client’s information.


- Produce reports to provide updates and progress on potential business opportunities and other key indicators to the management.


- Keep posting all the updated movement / events / information attained in a timely manner.


- Coordinate with tender team to manage proposal response process, including detailed tender / bid requirements




(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:


- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.


- Have at least 15 years of working experience, with minimum 7 years in marketing / business development role and hasgood knowledge of the construction business and the marketplace




(D) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:


- Resourceful and possess good market intelligence on potential upcoming projects.


- Conversant with local authorities’ requirements and engineering standards.


- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to build good relationships with clients and working partners.


- Good presentation skill and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Be able to prepare and present business proposals including delivery of business ideas in a structured and comprehensive manner.


- Ability to analyse and appreciate complex issues quickly.


- Proficient in MS Office.
