Job Description
• Responsible for equipment improvement project by Safety Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC)
• Update Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), calibration documents
• Coordinate quality improvement and capacity, safety, 5-S with Production team
• Responsible for update daily pass down file and PM check sheet complianc
