Manage and prepare tender submission for M&E works
Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document including getting budget approval from the relevant approving authorities.
Involve in planning and technical co-ordination of M&E services installation work
Supervise and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and site operation team to facilitate installation works on site
Coordination with the relevant authorities for design approval and work permission
Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule and ensure good quality of work throughout the project
Ensure adherence of construction procedures and safe work practices to warrant that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections
Requirement:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent
At least 10 years of M&E experience and 5 to 8 years' experience in the Construction Industry.
Experience in designing and construction coordination with the authorities and SWC consultant/ contractor for ACMV, P&S, Fire Protection system of MRT projects
Proficient in BIM software and AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
Preferably with experience in writing tender specifications
Good communication, written and analytical skills
