Responsibilities:

Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time

Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.

Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities.

Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.

To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.

Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit

Min 3-5 years’ experiences in construction industry

Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings

Must have Autodesk Revit software experience

Understanding of Architectural shop drawings (Wall Setting Out plan, RCP, Roombook)

Preferably experience of Hospital and/or Healthcare project in Singapore

Preferably experience in AuotoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
