- Review inspection checklists ITP’s and acceptance standards for company products.
- Review product identification and traceability as per contract requirements.
- Ensure adequate control during all stages of product verification.
- Review action plans for corrective actions as against Non-Conformance and reports to management.
- Supervise for project’s compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure training for the staff on QC systems and procedure
- Liaise with company’s clients on quality issues.
- QA/QC personnel Management and their mobilization for Projects.
- Responsible for effective implementation and monitoring of Project’s objective
- Planning, performing and reporting the Project’s Internal Quality and Project Specific Quality Audits.
- Review and approve the Job Orders for NDT Contractors.
- Monitor, review and approval of WPS, PQR, and WQT.
- Provide training for the staff on inspection of products.
- Manage SUBCONTRACTORS procedures and work processes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 7 years of experience in QAQC Lead in O&G industry
- Good experience in managing Quality Management System and handling Project Audi
- Has CSWIP Certificate
- Has Lead Auditor Cert
