Location of site office : Loyang, Singapore

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and look into their training and guidance
• Supervise QS on project progress claims, subcontractor claims, EOTs and Variation Claims
• Liaise with departments, clients and authorities on submission, audits and compliances matters
• eal with subcontractor for proper contract management, resolve disputes
• Support PM in contract administration and cost control
• Prepare monthly progress reports on claims and pricings

Requirements

• Degree in QS or equivalent
• Min 10 years’ relevant experience, out of which 2 years in Management level, in construction project value of at least $700 million and above
• Experience with large construction projects 
• Good knowledge of tendering, project cost control, monthly reporting, earned value analysis, estimation and cost analysis
• Demonstrated good leadership qualities and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication and written skills
