Job Description
To identify key projects and engage new and existing customers in line with the overall company strategy and market drivers
Lead the Regional Sales function to target and win business in line with the Company strategy and financial targets
Ensure the company understands and is focused on market drivers and client needs
Responsible to Develop and Manage key Customer relationships [CRM] across the region in concert with the Global Business Units
Develop and maintain staff as needed to support the Business
Establish Sales & BD procedures, processes, materials / collateral, reports regionally. Ensure compliance to same.
Regional alignment, point of contact, with RBUs & GBU
For key project opportunities, [or as requested by country management], become directly involved through CRM &/or Capture Planning &/or Proposal Win Strategies
Closely liaise with and support the Marketing department in the initiatives being set and their execution
Monitor and manage Sales Budgets
Degree in Engineering or Business
Diploma Holders with professional certifications or equivalent professional experience
10 to 12 years’ of related experience
Extensive knowledge of the construction /engineering market
Strong business development and excellent track record in securing business
Strong business network in the territory responsible
Past experience in the field of turnkey engineering and construction for major projects
Commercial experience preferred
