A Project & Construction Management Director (PCMD) will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the Taiwan project portfolio and must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

- Min. 10 years of leadership experience in similar positions with cleanroom or MEP project experiences in Taiwan.
- Mayjor in electrical, mechanical, process engineering, project management, construction management or related fields preferred.
- Experience in leading complex matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Good communication and motivation skills.
