• Talent Management: Play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. 
• Public Relations and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Representing the Company: Act as the public face of the company, representing it at industry events, media interviews, and other public forums. 

• Responsible for engaging with various stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and the community. 

Accountability:

• Accountable to the Board of Directors: Accountable to the board of directors or stakeholders of the company for the company's performance. 
• Ensuring Compliance: TEnsure that the company is operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

• Min Degree in any discipline
• Min 15 years in the manufacturing and marketing of domestic pumps a MUST
• Extensive regional experience is required.
